Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking

  • Appointments can be booked by phone / text / email / online.
  • A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation.
  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will receive the remaining time of their scheduled appointment.

Cancellation & No-Show

  • 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
  • We understand that emergencies happen — please communicate with us as soon as possible if your plans change.

Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • Accepted methods: [cash / e-Transfer / credit card / debit].
  • Receipts will be provided upon request.

Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

  • The therapist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if, in their professional judgment, treatment is contraindicated or the client’s behaviour is inappropriate.
  • You have the right to stop or modify treatment at any time during your session, for any reason.

Acknowledgment & Informed Consent

By checking the relevant box, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that massage therapy is provided for the purposes of stress reduction, relief from muscular tension or spasms, and increasing circulation. I understand that the massage therapist does not diagnose illness, disease, or any other physical or mental disorder. I understand that the massage therapist does not know my medical history unless I disclose it. I understand that the massage therapist is not responsible for, and is therefore not liable for, ensuring that massage will not cause damage or exacerbate existing conditions. The massage therapist does not prescribe medical treatment or perform spinal manipulations. I agree to inform the therapist of my current condition at the time of each visit.
